Resort Style City View w/ King Bed, Pool, Balcony

Positive: Close to everything Negative: The noise from the backpackers is horrendous, so sleeping was an issue. The property smells like cigarettes, we non smokers

Overall this was a handy spot to stay. Despite the noisiness of the area, we found that we were omfortable and did not h Positive: The apartment was comfortable and pretty well equipped, close to restaurants, bars and a supermarket. There was a good washer and dryer and dishwasher. Also plenty of towels. Negative: There were a couple of irritations, such as the curtains coming off their tracks in the living room and the vacuum cleaner not working. It was also noisy - the balcony overlooked a Backpackers hostel and was close to a couple of bars with live music.

Clean apartment, friendly staff. Great location Positive: Location Negative: Hearing the night club music all hours of the night wasn’t the best especially when travelling with an eight yr old. The spa didn’t work.

I got a city view apartment which was good but wasn’t expecting to hear the loud music from the night clubs going all hours of the night. Apparently you don’t hear it if you get an ocean view apartment. I had to pay extra for the underground parking because the few car parks outside were always full. If I’d booked at the Mantra then underground parking was included and it’s the same building. I was looking forward to the spa but that wasn’t working. Other than that it was central, in a great location with shopping nearby etc and a great playground nearby.

Enjoyed our stay immensely Positive: Location was great. Coles supermarket & hire car business’ practically outside the back door of the complex. Easy stroll to many restaurants. Matt (owner) was super helpful. Negative: Balcony looks straight into backpacker hostel. Music going all day & into the evening, although can’t hear it if inside unit with door closed.
