Positive: The location was great with the Esplanade across the road, with many good restaurants, the Darwin festival main activities, and free public bus stops within easy walking distance.
Negative: Although the single room accommodation was clean with most amenities expected, it was smaller than expected and the whole building was rather old and tired.
